With more and more fat burners coming out each year, it can be confusing trying to find the right one. Which one will work the best and which one won’t are all question I’ve asked myself thousands of times
Vexxum seem’s to be an okay fat burning supplement, but, it still leaves a lot of questions left open for discussion.
Unlike most fat burning supplements, Vexxum highlights its ingredients as “incredibly strong and effective” that only one serving is needed per day for it to work.
This could be incredibly useful for the forgetful types, or someone who doesn’t mind heavy stimulants.
Let’s have a closer look and see if it’s the right fat burner for you.

It’s all well and good adding in these aggressive ingredients, they do have their spot in the fat burning supplements world.
However, it seems to me as though they’ve added too many stimulants rather that natural fat burning ingredients.
Yohimbine, contained in this supplement, can cause extreme anxiety in individuals predisposed to anxiety.
However, this supplement is fantastic if you’re used to taking heavy stimulants or adrenaline boosters. It’s cheap, easy to use (only one pill a day) and comes with a 45 day supply.
But, have they sacrificed quality over quantity?

A Closer Look – What’s Inside
Caffeine Anhydrous: A highly effective fat burning ingredient that’s widely used in most fat burning products. Caffeine works by raises energy levels and metabolism in the body to help with fat loss.
Cocoa Seed Extract: Cocoa seed contains numerous B vitamins and amino acids for energy. It can also help to improve dopamine levels, which help with attention and an overall “good” feeling.
Dicaffeine Malate: This is another form of caffeine that’s widely used by soft drinks companies as it’s less aggravating gone the stomach. It works in the same way as other forms of caffeine by increasing the body’s temperature (thermogenesis).
Lotus Seed Extract: Works with the kidneys to restore energy levels. It’s also said to help dilate blood vessels which can help deliver more blood to the muscles during exercise. Although the evidence for this is lacking.
Theacrine: This ingredient is much similar to caffeine. It works very similar by increasing energy levels and the rate at which energy food is used for energy. However, evidence and scientific research is lacking to support these claims.
Hordenine HCl: Hordenine is a natural MAO inhibitor (Monoamine oxidase inhibitors) mainly used in the treatment of depression and Parkinson’s disease. It can lift mood and provide energy.
Octopamine HCl: Octopamine HCL is used as an energy booster, as well as a weight loss tool as it increases the metabolic rate within the body.
Caffeine Citrate: Caffeine citrate is known to be a faster-acting version of “caffeine anhydrous”. Although, due to the ingredient containing citrate, the effects felt from Caffeine Citrate is much weaker, therefore more will be required.

Side Effects of Vexxum
One thing that always puts me off, apart from ingredients such as Yohimbe which can cause side effects, its also contains a proprietary blend of ingredients, meaning we will never truly know how much we’re getting in each capsule.
If this supplement is overused, it could cause side effects such as nausea, dizziness, headaches, upset stomach.
Yohimbe Bark has also been known to cause hypertension, anxiety and stomach issues.

Just like other supplements I’ve reviewed, this fat burner is packed full of stimulants, and if you’ve read any of my other reviews, you’ll know the overuse of stimulants and adrenaline boosters could easily lead to a burnout.
Needless to say, this is best suited for people who are used to these types of ingredients and has a busy lifestyle. It will undoubtedly help to boost through the long workouts or busy days out and about.
It’s not a bad supplement overall, I’m not a huge fan of the overuse of adrenaline boosters, however, you can always see our bets ingredients list here and compare which ones work best.
