There aren’t many companies that offer the complete package with winning price. Thermopro could have been that supplement.
Its price is one of the best on the market, and it has some very useful ingredients. But like so many fat burners out at the moment, it’s chosen Bitter Orange peel as one of its main ingredients.
Bitter Orange peel will, on paper increase adrenaline, which in turn could help our fat loss goals. But if you’ve been following my other posts you’ll know that BOP causes some nasty side effects.
Let’s have a closer look and see if it’s the right fat burner for you.
- Increased Energy: The added ingredients of Caffeine and Green Coffee Bean extract will increase energy levels, which will undoubtedly help boost through workouts or the mid-afternoon slump.
- Adrenaline Boost: Adrenaline can be an important factor to losing weight, when used effectively, it can increase the metabolism and burn more calories at rest.
- Reduced Food Craving: White Kidney Bean Extract will help fill the stomach and in turn reduce food craving which could make sticking to a diet much easier.
Increased energy, adrenaline boosters, and appetite control are all very important when looking at fat loss, especially fat burning supplements. But what makes fat burners for appealing for some and not for others.
Is it the price? the design? the name of the company? the frequency of the dosages? these are all very important things, but not as much as the ingredients they contain.
Fat burning can be done in numerous ways, through diet alone, exercises or the additional help of fat burners. Thermopro contains some highly useful ingredients that will for sure increase the body’s metabolism and help towards fat loss “on paper” but, in real world scenario, I’m hesitant towards its effectiveness.
“Caffeine, Green Coffee Bean Extract, and Cayenne Pepper are all on my top list of safe and positive ingredients. But…Bitter Orange Peel is not.”
It’s being widely used and is popular among hundreds of fat burners, but is it totally safe? Numerous reports, studies, and customer reviews have reported negative side effects such as headaches, nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps and “erectile dysfunction,” not sure about you guys but that’s something I want to avoid at all costs.

A Closer Look – What’s Inside
Bitter Orange Peel – Bitter orange peel has been shown to increase the metabolism which could help towards fat loss. However, it can cause a number of side effects. Such as erectile dysfunction, anxiety and negatively react with other ingredients.
Cayenne Pepper – high amounts of vitamin A, B6, E, C, riboflavin, potassium, and manganese. Cayenne pepper is also a great tool for increasing fat burning effects.
Caffeine – One of the most well-researched ingredients in the history of sports nutrition and used in most of our pre-workout formulas.
Green Coffee Extract – Green coffee beans contain “Chlorogenic acid” (CGA). An important natural chemical used for lowering blood sugar levels.
Black Pepper Extract – Also known as piperine, is beneficial for fat loss as it interferes with the genes that are responsible for fat storage.
Guarana Extract – Guarana is used in many weight loss supplements. It enhances athletic performance, it also acts as a stimulant and reduces mental and physical fatigue
Green Tea Extract – Has now become one of the most widely used herb extracts in sports nutrition. Our Green Tea Extract is of exceptionally high grade and one of the most potent on the market today.
N-Acetyl L-Carnitine – A form of L-carnitine. Naturally produced by the body and widely used by power athletes. But it’s main properties are for improving mood and brain functions.
Vitamin B12 – Used by a wide range of athletes, B12 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system whilst being commonly used to contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B5 – Shown to support the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, whilst maintaining a healthy mental performance and metabolism.
Biotin – This is another natural form of B vitamins, helps the body to regulate hormones and food absorption
Microcrystalline Cellulose – Mainly used as a bulking agent in supplements and vitamin tablets to add “bulk” to their products, it could possibly reduce food cravings.
Chromium – A mineral found in various natural foods, our bodies use it to support and maintain normal functions such as macronutrient metabolism and blood glucose levels.
L-Phenylalanine – An essential amino acid that has been used in athletic sports for years.
L-Tyrosine – An amino acid that is found in many high-protein food products. Can raise hormone production.
White Kidney Bean Extract – Works by filling the stomach to reduce food cravings. May help with fat loss and sticking to a long-term diet.
Magnesium Stearate – This ingredient helps other ingredients flow smoothly through the body and helps with digestion.
If you’ve read any of my other posts, you’ll see that I often talk about avoiding possibly unsafe ingredients that react badly with caffeine, such as Bitter Orange. This fat burner contains just that, making this supplement possibly unsafe for many people.
Bitter orange peel has been known to give off some nasty side effects, such as; erectile dysfunction, anxiety. Need I say more?
In my experience, when high levels of adrenaline (which the Bitter Orange releases constantly) are mixed with caffeine, a stimulant that is already upping the levels of adrenaline, I know I won;t be able to sustain using this fat burner for a long period of time if not at all.

So what’s let it down? simple, Bitter Orange Peel. It’s far too aggressive with too many negative reviews against this ingredient for me to recommend it.
There are much safer alternatives than supplements containing these harsh ingredients. Why not try some home remedies or check out our top 3 and compare for yourself.
