Mission nutrition have created an all rounder fat burner that can suppress appetite, boost metabolism and increase energy levels for a ridiculously cheap price – but have they sacrificed quality over quantity?
However, looking deeper into Thermo Lean’s ingredients list, it seems to contain some aggressive compounds that might not be right for everyone.
Let’s have a closer look and see if it’s the right fat burner for you.
Benefits of Thermo Lean
Mission Nutrition claim Thermo Lean does the following:
- Maximize your fat loss
- Boost your energy levels
- Speed up your metabolism
- Suppresses Your Appetite
- Develop Lean Muscle
Before clarifying in the ingredients list whether these statements are true or not – I want to point out a few things.
No1 – It’s a proprietary blend of ingredients, meaning we’ll never know how much is in each capsule.
No2 – There is no stated (measured) amount of each capsule.
No3 – It mixes together caffeine and adrenaline boosters (Bitter Orange Peel) that is known to cause unwanted side effects.
However, it is on the cheaper side so it might be perfect for some people looking for a quick boost. But as for natural fat burning ingredients, it’s missing quite a few.

A Closer Look – What’s Inside
Before jumping into the ingredients and how they work, it’s worth point out at this point there is no stated amount that each capsule contains.
This is slightly worrying as they could have put large amounts of cheap and aggressive ingredients to cause a stimulating effect rather than a natural fat burning effect.
Citrus Aurantium Powder (Bitter Orange) – Bitter Orang Peel will increase your adrenaline and energy levels throughout the day and help you to power through workouts. However, when it’s mixed with caffeine, it could cause you side effects such as anxiety, heart palpitations and dizziness, among other side effects. Take witch caution.
White Kidney Been Extract 4:1 (Phaseolus vulgaris L) – This carb blocker will help you to prevent the absorption of carbohydrates to allow you to burn fat as fuel. Although, little studies have been done to prove this claim.
Choline Bitartrate – Is a nootropic, which will help you to have increased mental focus and an edge in the gym. But again I must point out that mixing adrenaline boosters- stimulants and nootropics together can cause unwanted side effects in many.
L-Tyrosine – A basic amino acid that’s used to increase mental and physical performance in the gym.
L-Theanine – L-Theanine is basically another amino acid that when used could help to reduce anxiety and stress. Possibly why they have added it due to the extremely large dosage of caffeine.
L-Phenylalanine – This will enhance your mental focus and, boost your energy, and also improve overall mood. It’s been said to reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue. Another reason why they’ve added it to this high stimulatory fat burner.
Pyridoxine HCI – Is a basic vitamin that can promote brain and central nervous system health. It’s also responsible for converting carbohydrates into energy. However, little human studies show this claim to be legitimate.
Bioperine (Black Pepper Extract) – Used to increase the thermogenic effect withing the body helping you to burn additional fat as energy. It also helps you to absorb nutrients in food.
Chromuim Picolinate – Has been said to lower cholesterol. It’s also used to regulate blood sugar which could help diabetes or prediabetes who may need extra energy required from glucose. But no studies prove it viable for actual fat loss.
D-Biotin – Another for of the vitamin B6. It’s used to increase metabolism and help the body convert food into glucose. It’s also important for good skin and hair health. It van also help regulate hormone production such as testosterone.
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) – Like all B vitamins, it’s used to reduce fatigue and can also help to maintain healthy nerves and blood cells. Vit B12 has been shown to protect against certain forms of cancer.
Green Tea Extract 95% Polyphenols, 70% Catechins, 45% EGCG – A great all rounder that will help to increase energy levels, burn fat with the added ingredients of catechins and a good antioxidant.
N-Acetyl L-Carnitine – L -Carnitine is said to help the body uses fat by turning it into energy. It can also act as an appetite suppressant. It improves mental focus, memory, and overall mood.
Caffeine Anhydrous – A powerful fat loss ingredient that will stimulant and boost you through workouts or long days. It can also increase metabolism helping you to burn additional fat.

Side Effects of Thermo Lean
It looks like Mission Nutrition has gone all out and added a large amount of stimulants and adrenaline boosters together in the hope it will cause some fat burning effects.
One major worry I do have is the mixing of caffeine and adrenaline boosters such as Bitter Orange Peel, which has been known to cause anxiety, heart palpitations and dizziness among other side effects.
How To Use Thermo Lean
Take three capsules 45 minutes before training for maximum results. On non-training days, take one to two capsules three times a day. We recommend not to take Thermo Lean close to bedtime due to the high caffeine content.
Where Can I Buy It?
You can but Thermo Lean from Amazon.com – they ship worldwide
How Much Does It Cost?
It costs £35.24 for 270 capsules.
It looks like a good adrenaline booster and stimulant for a cheap price. It will certainly give you the added edge in the gym, but is it completely safe and trustworthy? I think not!
There are much better supplements that contain safer and more natural ingredients that have been tested by pro athletes that work for everyone such as our Top3 Fat Burners.
