T9 Burn Capsules By Hectic Sports Review And Side Effects

Hectic Sports have come up with a great fat burner called T9 Burn Capsules that contains 17 ingredients for a low price of roughly £15.00.

Some of these ingredients are on my top list of good ingredients, but unfortunately, there are equally as many on the “avoid” list for safety reasons. However, it could be perfect for some people, so let’s have a closer look and see if it’s the right fat burner for you.

  • Appetite suppressant
  • Increased adrenaline
  • Enhanced metabolism
  • Thermogenic boost

Yes, this supplement looks like it will do everything you ever wanted, and on paper it could. It contains some great ingredients that I highly recommend, but on the other hand, it contains some the I would hight recommend to avoid.

Boosting your energy with caffeine, bitter orange peel and L-Tyrosine will no doubt give you that kick you’re looking for, but it may come at a price in the form of side effects such as nausea and anxiety.

On the other hand, the ingredients such as piperine, green tea extract, cayenne pepper, and green coffee extract are all high on my list of “good” ingredients, so I am slightly disappointed they chose to ruin what could have been a great fat burner for men, by adding aggressive ingredients.

A Little About The Company

This is a UK company that make a whole variety of supplements all the way from creatine, to fat burners. It’s on the cheaper end of the market, which means that their ingredients, although the same by main as other premium products, may not be as good in quality, hence the lower price.

A Closer Look – What’s Inside

To simplify what this fat burner does, it’s important to look at the main ingredients. After examining the ingredients that make up this fat burner, it’s clear to see it will suppress your appetite, increase energy, boost your adrenaline and help you to shed excess water weight – However…it contains some aggressive ingredients such as Bitter Orange Peel, that has been known to cause side effects, especially when mixed with other stimulants such as caffeine.

Here’s what the main ingredients do;

Caffeine – stimulate and proved a boost of energy with increasing your metabolism.

Bitter Orange Peel – will boost your adrenaline, give you energy and increase your overall energy expenditure making you burn more calories. However, its been linked to many side effects.

L-Tyrosine – acts in a similar way to caffeine, it’s more like a nootropic helping the brain to function better. May increase metabolic rate, but not significantly.

White Kidney Bean – helps to suppress your appetite by swelling inside your stomach.

Cayenne powder – will cause a thermogenic effect making your body use more calories to regulate its temperature.

Acetyl L-Carnitine – makes the body use fatty acids for energy. Not proven on a larger scale, so it may not be totally trustworthy ingredient.

The rest of the ingredients are variations of thermogenic, such as the piperine, and green tea extract, that will provide a healthy supply of catechins and a raised metabolism when taken regularly.

It also has a nootropic called Guarana Seed Extract, which the only problem with this is it shouldn’t really be mixed with stimulants.

Overall, they have done a good job and made a real effort by adding in some of my favourite ingredients that work naturally to increase fat loss efforts, but they have just missed the point and added in adrenaline boosters and nootropics which are not supposed to be added together.

My Verdict

As previously mentioned, I like this product as it’s very close to my number 1 fat burner Instant Knockout, it contains very similar ingredients. The only catch is, it also contains some negative aggressive ingredients that I will always avoid.

If you really like this product but don’t want to experience any unwanted side effects, you could try looking at the Top 3 fat burners and see why Instant Knockout is my favourite.
