Man Scorch Fat Burner Review
Now we’ve see the benefits, let’s get into the review of Man Scorch. Firstly, did you know it was made by a company called MAN Supplements, quite fitting for our site at Male Fat Burners don’t you think?
Anyway, I digress…
MAN Supplements create a wide variety of, yes you guessed it, supplements! “What supplements?” you ask. Well, they have testosterone boosters, protein powders, pre workouts, and yes, fat burners.
Who’s Man Scorch For?
Man scorch is designed for anyone looking to lose weight and give themselves an extra kick when they need it to drop an extra few pounds .
At $34.99 for 168 caps, it’s not on the cheap end of the market, I would say it’s mid-range.
Looking at their ingredients inside Man Scorch, I can see they have a couple of good ingredient sin there that will help towards fat loss, but not all of them are ideal.
Let’s just say they may have gone down the slightly aggressive rout. I’ll get into this a little deeper in a second, but let me explain briefly.
MAN Supplements have opted to use Synephrine. If you don’t know what this is, it comes in many forms. You may know it as Bitter Orange Peel.
Bitter orange peel works to stimulate the adrenaline levels. This when mixed with too much caffein, and a calorie restricted diet will only result in one thing in my opinion, a burn out! a complete melt down!
Okay chaps, and ladies if you’re reading, now that we have lightly touched on what’s inside the fat burner, and where it comes from, let’s move onto the ingredients in a little closer detail.
Here we go!
1.Firstly they have used green tea. Okay this is good, all okay so far. Green tea work to detox the body and stimulate the metabolism to hep you burn extra calories.
2. Secondly, there’s the added ingredients of Oolong tea.Hmmm, this is where I start to lose interest. Oolong tea is great for overall health, and vitality don’t get me wrong, but will it greatly boost your fat loss leves, I don’t think so.
3. Ginger root is next on the list. Ginger root is great for the immune system and detoxifying the entire body. It also works to flush out excess water from the body helping you shift additional weight.
4. Lastly, the main ingredients overview, there is Synephrine. We’ve already touched on this slightly, but let me review it once again.
Ingredients under the microscope:
Synephrine works to boost your adrenaline levels. “And what’s wring with?” you might be asking. Well nothing really, adrenaline is important for optimal health and functioning.
However, too much of it, and you could end up increasing your stress levels. You see, guys, adrenaline and stress are closely related.
The more stress you have in your system i.e. adrenaline, then you’ll sleep badly, feel tired and worn out all day long, and yes, you’ll put on weight – exactly the oposite to what you’re trying to achieve.
Overall, their choice of ingredients aren’t that bad, they are just lacking in some other natural thermogenics that I’d like to see in a quality fat burner.
The other ingredients such as raspberry keytones, and Evodiamine, and Isobutyryl Thiamine Disulfide and PEA (phenylethylamine), which have limited data backing up their effectiveness at burning fat and losing weight.
MAN Supplements suggest taking 6 capsules a day, that’s 3 in the morning, and 3 in the afternoon.
That would measure up to 500mg of green tea, of 400 mg of caffeine per day, among other ingredients.
Personally, if I took 3 capsules in the afternoon, I wouldn’t sleep, but hey! maybe I’m just not tough enough for those kind of dosages.
Pros & Cons
- Good for energy and a pre-workout
- Limited research on the main ingredients for fat loss
- Contains Synephrine known to cause side effects
If you were to ask me face-to-face whether this fat burner will give you side effects, I would have to honestly say that all depends on your tolerance to aggressive adrenaline boosters.
Like we’ve already discussed, too much adrenaline coursing thorough your veins, with the added kick of caffein, and you could experience side effects such as dizziness, heart palpitations, sleeplessness, and confusion.
Conclusion | Man Scorch Fat Burner Review
There you have it guys, a full and detailed breakdown of MAN Scorch by MAN Supplements.
I hope that now you’re a little clearer in your mind in regards to this fat burner and what it’s all about.
Green tea is great, Ginger root, and Oolong tea are all good in my book, but sorry MAN Supps, not Synephrine, there’s just too many bad reviews surrounding this ingredient. Hopefully they take it out, but until then , I wouldn’t recommend it.
It;s not that bad, but not my favourite our there. If you want to see my absolute favourite fat burner that I use time-and-time again, see my Top 3 Fat Burner Page for more details.
