Lean Nutrition is a UK based sports supplement company, who delivers a whole host of bodybuilding supplies.

They have BCAA’s, protein powders, testosterone boosters, and yes you guessed it, fat burners.

Who is Lean Nutrition Fat Metaboliser For?

As the name suggests, it’s for anyone looking to lose some extra weight.

However, this all depends on your goals and where you currently are right now in terms of fat loss.

Looking a little closer at the ingredients (more on this later) they’ve used caffeine, and green tea, as their main source of fat loss.

IMPORTANT: Not all is what it appears with this fat burner. They have used a proprietary blend of ingredients.

Here I’ll look closer into each ingredient, and how it’s either going to boost fat loss, or do nothing at all.

Let’s get into it!

1.Caffeine – this is a no brainer. It works to simulate the metabolism and suppress your appetite, an round good ingredient that is good on my list of fat burning ingredients.

2.Green Tea is a solid choice for any one looking to lose weight. It’s reliable, proven to increase metabolism, and it’s safe.

3.Guarana is what’s know as a nootropic. It’s used to increase energy without over stimulating the body and mind. But no real link to fat loss has been proven.

4.Choline Bitartrate is an ingredient that works throughout the entire body to promote a positive energy balance, helping the metabolism to function. It’s also been closely linked to Vitamin B in the way that it acts to improve the body’s metabolizing process.

However, not enough research has been done to prove that it stimulates fat loss.

Overall, there’s a handful of ingredients here that have been linked to fat loss, where on the other hand, others that will have no, or very little benefit at all.

Some of the smaller ingredients in Lean Nutrition Fat Metaboliser could help promote some level of stimulation, but as we don’t know how much is inside each capsule, we’ll never know the true answer to this.

Koala nut, and L-Taurine for example could help you increase your metabolism, but as these ingredients are not 100% focused towards fat loss, I doubt they’ll have a profound effect on your weight loss goals.

Start off by taking 2 capsules of Lean Nutrition’s Fat Metaboliser every day. However, due to their high caffeine content, it’s recommended not to take 6 hours before bed.
