My Verdict

Lean degree Max Strength by PhD has some positive benefits due to the fact that it contains amino acids, which are important for retaining muscle whilst in a calorie restrictive diet. Also, the added ingredient of fatty acids, which could help to remove unwanted fat in the body. It also has diuretic properties such as the dandelion root, which is great if you want to shed a lot of water weight. Although this could be counter productive as the mixture of a diuretic and caffeine may cause dehydration.

However, as for fat burning effects, there are only one two main ingredients that will increase the thermogenic effect significantly to increase fat loss by speeding up the metabolism, and that’s the Caffeine anhydrous and green tea extract. It does contain green coffee bean extract, but this is debatable for fat loss and the increase of the metabolic effect that caffeine has

It’s also slightly skeptical in the use of bitter orange peel, as this could react very badly with some people. This is something that you’ll want to look closely at when choosing a fat burner, as making the wrong choice could lead to some nasty after effects. So anyone with high blood pressure or taking other medications or supplements may want to think carefully before buying anything with bitter orange peel and caffeine mixed together.
