We all want to lose weight and maintain a shredded physique. It not only makes us feel good by the way we look, it’s also important for our health to maintain lower body fat levels.
It promotes better testosterone levels, thyroid functioning, and eliminates numerous diseases and illnesses that are caused by being overweight.
The key word here is “healthy,” as not all fat burners are created equal with their packaging, cost, and fat loss claims, nor are their long list of ingredients, which can be complex, and in Jetfuel’s case, possibly excessive to some.
Let’s have a closer look and see if it’s the right fat burner for you.
Jetfuel by TeamGAT claims their product is;
“The most powerful, proven, and effective fat burner available with the lowest reports of negative effects.”
- Long-lasting energy
- Burn body fat
- Increase stamina
- Target fat “trouble” areas
- Suppress appetite
These are some mighty claims, the words they use to describe the results of this supplements, such as “proven” and “effective” even when the supplement hasn’t been approved by the FDA, how can they make such claims.
Needless to say, it does contain very useful ingredients, the only issue is, it’s a proprietary blend, meaning, we’ll never truly know how much we are getting in each capsule.
“Yohimbe, taken by mouth, is possibly unsafe. Yohimbe has been linked to reports of severe side effects including irregular or rapid heartbeat, kidney failure, seizure, heart attack, and others.” – WebMD
These are only precautions when taken in high dosages. I just wanted to highlight the point that overusing these types of stimulants can cause slight side effects in some individuals, however, on the whole, most fat burners are safe, some may find negative reactions.

A Closer Look – What’s Inside
Vitamin B3 – B vitamins are hugely important for overall metabolic health, hormones and the way we use stored fat for energy.
Vitamin B12 – B12 is one of the most crucial B vitamins the will support good energy levels and a healthy metabolism.
Due to the large number of ingredients in Jetfuel, I’ll only be sticking to the most relevant and important ingredients.
Synephrine – Another for of Bitter Orange Extract. Synephrine is now being widely used as an adrenaline booster and thermogenic aid. However, it also has many side effects attached to its usage.
Caffeine Anhydrous – A widely used and powerful stimulant that works incredibly well in a lot of fat burners. Caffeine Anhydrous raises the metabolism and helps increase energy levels.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine – This amino acid is fantastic for utilizing fatty acids for energy. It takes the fatty acids that are stored in the body and uses them for energy.
Yohimbine –Yohimbe helps to suppress appetite and increase metabolism and adrenaline. It’s widely used as a fat burning ingredient. Although, it’s been known to cause side effects, especially when mixed with caffeine.
Guarana Extract – A great adaptogen that helps to increase energy levels, but unfortunately, it’s has been known to react badly with caffeine. However, it does raise the metabolism.
Green Tea Extract – One of the most widely used ingredients in most fat burners, Green Tea’s catechins (found in all green tea form) increase the growth of the hormone “norepinephrine” which helps to increase thermogenesis and thus adding additional fat loss.
Evodiamine – Been said to increase thermogenesis (the body’s heat temperature) however, scientific research is limited. It’s also been proved to be incredibly hard for the body to absorb.
Hoodia Gordonii – Has been used as an appetite suppressant, however, limited scientific research has been don t prove this theory correct
CortiRX blend: A proprietary blend
Phosphatidylethanolamine – This ingredient has been said to increase the blood flow within the body.
L-Theanine – This amino acid has the ability to relax the entire body without feeling drowsy or sleepy. It could have been added to relieve the possible “jittery” feeling one may feel after taking too much caffeine.
Phosphatidylserine – Phosphatidylserine works by limiting the damage caused to the inner side of cell membranes after strenuous activity.
Phosphatidylcholine – A naturally occurring substance that can be found in foods such as eggs yolks and some plants. It’s said to work as a fat metabolizer, create good liver health, and promote weight loss, however, there’s been limited scientific studies done relating to fat loss and the increase of the metabolism.
Magnolia Bark Extract – Works in a similar way to Evodiamine by helping the body to relax without sleepiness or drowsiness. Possibly present to counter react the stimulants and their effects.
Piperine (Black Pepper Extract) – This natural ingredient has been used for numerous years to increase the body’s core temperature which can and in fat loss. It also helps with the absorption of nutrients.

As this product contains a proprietary blend with no measurable dosages on its ingredient list, we can never know for sure how much of each ingredient we are going to get in each capsule. therefore, we’ll not know the full extent of the possible adverse rationing it could cause.
There is also the issue of Synephrine. When mixed with stimulants such as Green Tea, it can cause headaches, nausea, and dizziness.
That can also be said with Yohimbine. When mixed with other stimulants, it’s been known to cause more serious side effects, such as vomiting, heart palpitations and anxiety. And let’s take into account we don’t actually know how much is inside each serving.
How To Use
Jetfuel by GAT requires taking 2 servings a day of 1-3 tablets, at breakfast, lunch, or around an hour before each meal for the best results.
They advise never to take more than 6 capsules in one day, and the 1-3 capsule serving is also recommended to test the tolerance first before jumping right into the full dosage.
With this warning written in “bold” on their website, you can see they are clearly worried about their large proprietary blend of ingredients with large amounts of stimulants. Sounds like a dangerous cocktail to me!
Where Can I Buy It?
You can but directly from their homepage TeamGat.com, Amazon.com and, Bodybuilding.com, among other online stores. They also ship worldwide.
How Much Does It Cost?
$26.99 USD for 144 gel capsules
Carefully looking through the makeup of the ingredients in Jetfuel, I can safely say I would avoid this fat burner with a large stick.
Now I never like downplaying other fat burners, I believe that not one shoe fits all in terms of supplements. So what might not work for one person could work for another, however, there are certain rules to follow.
The proprietary blend of ingredients and the sheer amount makes me very weary and skeptical as to the overall positive effects that it claims to offer compared to the many negative effects that it’s more likely to promote.
When Jetfuel changes its ingredients from a proprietary blend to a carefully measured blend. I’m afraid I can’t positively comment on their product. Although, they do have some benefits in their ingredients, but with the sheer and going into the “unknown” I will be steering clear of Jetfuel.
