  • Carnitine – 1000mg
  • Vitamin B6 – 0.9mg
  • Hydrolyzed Casein – 17mg

Out of these ingredients, only one is actually helpful for fat loss, unfortunately. The Vitamin B6 and Hydrolyzed Casein may help deliver energy for a workout. But, the only ingredient that delivers fat burning potential is the Carnitine.

The dosage of Carnitine is somewhat on the lower end of typical doses. It’s not uncommon to take 2-3g of Carnitine daily when looking to lose fat.

Also, it’s worth mentioning that Carnitine doesn’t help everybody lose fat. In fact, it is only useful if you are deficient in Carnitine to begin with.
