evl test review ingredients dosage side effects

Here we have the review of EVLTEST by Evlution Nutrition, a testosterone booster with a secondary function of a sleep aid. It has only 1 serving which should be taken before bedtime, which brings up the question; “Is it enough?”

We at Higher Level Lifter did all the digging for you to uncover the answer to this question, and more. In this review, we’ll talk about how to use EVLTEST, its ingredients, pros and cons, customer reviews, along with any potential side effects associated with it.

So without much hesitation, let’s find out if this is the right product for you.

About EVLTEST By Evlution Nutrition

Evlution Nutrition is a well-known company in the industry of fitness and supplements. They offer a wide range of products, ranging from T boosters, pre-workouts, to BCAAs.

When it comes to EVLTEST, we’re talking about a testosterone booster and sleep enhancer. It offers a variety of benefits, such as;

  • Supporting Natural Testosterone Levels
  • Increases Muscular Strength and Stamina
  • Enhances Sleep
  • Improves Overall Performance

These are some pretty bold claims. They aren’t FDA approved, however, so Evlution Nutrition is within their rights to claim them. The real proof will come from the ingredients inside the product.

How to use EVLTEST By Evlution Nutrition

Here’s how you use EVLTEST, according to their label the correct dosage is:

  • Take 4 tables of the product 30-60 minutes before bed.

Pretty straightforward, right? Yes, but there is a major downside to this. If you’ve read my other testosterone booster reviews, you know how important the number of servings is.

The most effective testosterone boosters use 3 or more servings per day. While this isn’t as convenient as just popping a couple of pills before bed, it’s much more effective.

You see, when you only take 1 serving of testosterone booster per day, your levels of testosterone will spike up, and then slowly decline as the hours go by. Whereas with multiple servings, you’ll get a constant supply of testosterone boosting ingredients – ultimately, giving you better results.

However, don’t write EVLTEST off just yet. It is the ingredients that will tell us how effective this testosterone booster is.

EVLTEST By Evlution Nutrition ingredients

EVLTEST packs 8 different T-boosting ingredients, some of which are potent, others not so much. Let’s have a look.

Vitamin B6 – This a good ingredient for reducing estrogen in your body. Simply put, less estrogen=more testosterone. However, unless you’re deficient in this vitamin, you won’t get any benefits from it. Generally, the only people who are at risk from a deficiency in B6 are vegans.

Vitamin D – Overall, a good testosterone booster. Vitamin D3 plays a key role in improving bone density, cognitive function and yes, hormone regulation. If you aren’t getting at least 10 minutes of sun per day, this is a must-have ingredient. EVLTESTS has a dose of 1000IU per serving, which is decent but studies have shown greater effects from supplementing 2000IU or more every day.

Magnesium – This mineral is important for regulating free testosterone in your body. The recommended daily dose of magnesium is 200mg, and optimally 400mg. EVLTEST could’ve done better with its weakly 160 milligrams.

Zinc – This one is big. Studies have shown that zinc plays a key role in creatine the luteinizing hormone, which is basically a building block for testosterone. EVLTEST comes with a hefty dose of 200mg of zinc per serving – 200% of your daily recommended dose.

Fenugreek Seed Extract – Fenugreek is a traditional Indian herb famous for its libido-enhancing properties. Although it’s not directly linked to boosting testosterone, it does help promote it indirectly. The way it works is by balancing insulin levels, which helps with reduction of SHBG glycoprotein which increases levels of free testosterone.

Diindolylmethane (DIM) – It has been shown to reduce estrogen in certain cases, but there’s not enough evidence to prove this.

Tribulus Terrestris Extract – No evidence of affecting testosterone, only slight increase in sex drive.

D-Aspartic Acid – Now this is the one you’ll love hearing about. D-Aspartic Acid has been proven multiple times to be a potent regulator of testosterone synthesis. In fact, there was a study showing a whopping 30-60% increase in T-Levels after 90 days of taking 2.66 grams of DAA. EVLTEST comes with 3,12 grams.

Customer Reviews

There are quite a few reviews on EVLTEST By Evlution Nutrition on the internet. Let’s see what users had to say about it.

“Great product! I have definitely noticed a difference in my sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.” Eric Clanton

“Don’t know if it’s necessarily helping me out that much in the gym, but it’s causing me to have morning wood daily to the point that it’s waking me up from my sleep. I guess that’s a positive?” – JT

“Wish I’d listened to the other reviews about the headaches. Been taking these for three days and have had headaches ever since. Wake up groggy and feeling lethargic. Broke my rule of not buying from a company if they have one product I don’t like, which was their BCAA Energy, and so far EVLUTION is 0 for 2. No more from them.”A.J.

As you can see, there are a lot of mixed reviews on this product. Some swear by it, while some say it only improved their sleep, without affecting testosterone. There are also some who claim negative side effects, such as nausea and anxiety. More on that below…

Side effects of EVLTEST By Evlution Nutrition

We checked out dozens of customer reports on EVLTEST, and there are a lot of users who complain about unwanted side effects. Here’s a list of some of the more common ones;

  • Headaches
  • Stomach Pain
  • Nausea

We’ve also come across more serious side effects, such as;

  • Sleeplessness
  • Panic Attacks (Anxiety)

Some of these side effects could be because of a high dose of zinc. 30 milligrams (200% of RDA) on an empty stomach is no joke.

My suggestion to you is to start slow with EVLTEST testosterone booster. Before you go on to take a full dose of 4 capsules, try to take only 1 and work your way up from there. This way, you’ll avoid potential side effects.

Avoid side effects like these!
