Some suggest taking only 1 serving a day before your workout, which in my opinion is more like a pre workout as they contain a lot of caffeine.         Hi David thank you for such a good and long reply! Before start taking a fat burner i wanted to know which is the best fat burner for men out there. I’ve seen many fat burners suggesting taking only 1 serving, but if its only going to work as a pre workout its not for me, as im already taking a pre workout and what i need is the best fat burner possible (i dont want to waste my money and want to avoid nasty side effects). Im not on a super strict diet, but I try to eat low carb 3 days a week and high carb the rest, im basically counting my macros, or trying! Im following a training plan that a friend recommended, but sometimes its difficult to stick to it.
